Terms and conditions of participation for all offers from Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer. 

 

1. Bookings 

Bookings made with Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer is done via Website, per email or telephonically. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

 

2. Change of booking  

Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer reserves the right to change the time and location with prior notice. Clients are notified of these changes telephonically or via email. 

 

3. Liability 

I hereby declare that I am not a doctor or medical practitioner and therefore am not entitled to cover any medical occupational fields that, according to legal requirements, include medical professions, psychotherapeutic professions, physiotherapy services, as well as activities reserved for regulated trades such as life and social counseling and massage. 

The client declares that he / she will make use of the assistance of his / her own free will.  

The participant undertakes to inform Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer or the course instructor commissioned by me about existing health impairments, (pre-) illnesses or an existing pregnancy before the start of the course. In the case of serious illnesses, participation is only possible with the approval of a physician. Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer or the course instructor ultimately decides on participation in the course. By making use of Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer services, the participant confirms that he / she is physically healthy and fit to do so. The participant will inform Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer immediately about changes in health should there be any. 

The use of all services from Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer is at your own risk. Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer excludes any liability for damage to the participant, unless there is a grossly negligent or willful breach of duty. 

If the participant uses the services of cooperation partners or other companies or persons mediated by Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer, he / she does this at his / her own responsibility. Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer assumes no liability for goods and services that the participant has received from them. 

There is a public liability insurance from Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer in order to meet any legal liability claims of the participant. 

 

4. Terms of payment and billing 

4.1. Package deals 

Bookings for Balances or yoga classes, retreats or workshops must be paid for in full before the first session / course. The amount can be paid in cash or via transfer. 

Package deals are valid for 2 - 7 months and will only be validated with a receipt from Lovme. There is no legal entitlement to be able to make use of the Package deal after 7 months. 

 

4.2. Individual yoga classes 

After booking, the customer receives a written invoice for an individual class (as a PDF by email). A deposit of 30% is payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining amount is payable no later than 14 days in advance without any deductions. 

 

4.3. Individually booked yoga classes 

The fee for individually booked yoga classes / or yoga courses must be paid in cash on the day of the course. Upon request, a corresponding receipt will be issued or an invoice will be sent by email. 

 

4.4. Other 

The prices are based on the currently valid price list or the respective offer.. 

If an invoice is not paid or paid too late, a default fee of EUR 10.00 will be due. Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer reserves the right to cancel the booked service if the invoice amount is not paid even after a one-off, written request.

 

4.5. Refund policy of products purchased

Physical products purchased from Lovme are not refundable, should you not be happy with the product purchased please contact Nicole directly in order for you to come to a mutual agreement.

 

5. Cancellation of appointments / cancellations 

If a booking for a balance or yoga class is canceled by the customer less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment, the agreed service will be charged in full, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

 

If an individually agreed yoga class / workshop is canceled by the participant, Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer reserves the right to withhold the deposit if the appointment is canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled appointment. In the event of a cancellation 7 days or less before the scheduled date, the service must be paid for in full. 

The booking of all services is binding. Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the use of all services, but minus a 10% processing fee of the total costs. 

 

6. Claims for compensation and delays 

If a service has to be canceled at short notice due to unforeseen events by Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer, the customer cannot make any claims for compensation. A new appointment can be arranged on request. 

Should Nicole Angelika Panzer or one of her instructed course instructors appear late at an agreed date, the missed time will be made up for in the next unit. Delays on the part of the customer cannot be made up for.

7. Data protection 

 Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer stores the data of its customers in electronic and non-electronic form as long as necessary. The personal data of the customers are only used by the company Lovme - Nicole Angelika Panzer for the support within the scope of the agreed service and are not passed on to third parties without the prior consent of the person concerned. 8. Severability 

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are wholly or partly ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
